Can I order an item without embroidery?
Yes. Any of the items in the catalog can be purchased without embroidery. Please contact me to place an order for un-embroidered items.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 per order. The shipping charge is added to your order automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Because the items are customized with embroidery, we are unable to offer any returns. However, if an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange for a replacement.
